At TopGame.Com.Pk, we believe in being transparent with our visitors. This Affiliate Disclosure explains how affiliate links and other commercial relationships may be used on our website.
TopGame.Com.Pk is an independent gaming information website. We publish gaming-related information, guides, reviews, updates, application information, installation guides, and other content that may occasionally include links to third-party products, services, websites, or applications.
1. What Is an Affiliate Link?
An affiliate link is a special link that allows a website or affiliate partner to receive a commission when a visitor clicks the link and completes a qualifying action, such as making a purchase, registering for a service, or taking another eligible action.
If you click an affiliate link on TopGame.Com.Pk and complete a qualifying action, we may receive a commission from the relevant affiliate partner.
In most cases, using an affiliate link does not increase the price you pay.
2. How Affiliate Links May Appear
Affiliate links may appear in different parts of our website, including:
- Gaming guides
- Game reviews
- Application-related articles
- Recommended services
- Resource pages
- Download or information guides
- Comparison articles
- Other relevant gaming content
We may also use affiliate tracking links in certain buttons, images, banners, or other website elements.
Where appropriate, we aim to make commercial relationships clear to our visitors.
3. Our Affiliate Relationships
TopGame.Com.Pk may participate in affiliate programs operated by third-party companies, networks, websites, or service providers.
These programs may compensate us when visitors:
- Click an affiliate link.
- Register through an affiliate link.
- Purchase a product or service.
- Complete another qualifying action.
The specific affiliate programs we participate in may change over time.
We do not claim to participate in any particular affiliate program unless it is actually active on our website.
4. Affiliate Disclosure Near Recommendations
When an article or recommendation contains an affiliate relationship, we aim to provide a clear disclosure so visitors understand that TopGame.Com.Pk may receive compensation.
For example, we may use wording such as:
Affiliate Disclosure: Some links on this page may be affiliate links. If you use one of these links and complete a qualifying action, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.
We believe visitors should be able to understand the commercial relationship without having to search through a separate legal page.
Clear and noticeable disclosures are important when a financial relationship could affect how readers evaluate a recommendation.
5. Affiliate Links Do Not Cost You More
In general, clicking or using an affiliate link does not add an additional fee to the price you pay.
The commission, if any, is generally paid by the relevant merchant, service provider, or affiliate network.
However, pricing, promotions, fees, and other commercial terms are controlled by the third-party provider and may change at any time.
6. Our Editorial Independence
Affiliate relationships do not automatically determine our editorial opinions.
We aim to provide information that is useful and relevant to our visitors regardless of whether an article contains an affiliate link.
We do not intend to make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims simply because a particular link may generate a commission.
Our goal is to explain information clearly and allow visitors to make their own decisions.
7. Recommendations and Reviews
Some articles may contain recommendations, comparisons, reviews, or opinions.
These articles are intended to provide general information and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular product, game, application, website, or service will be suitable for every visitor.
A recommendation may be based on publicly available information, features, usability, availability, personal evaluation, or other relevant factors.
We do not guarantee that a third-party product or service will meet your individual needs.
8. No Guaranteed Results
TopGame.Com.Pk does not guarantee that using an affiliate-linked product, application, website, game, or service will produce any particular result.
This includes, where applicable:
- Financial returns
- Profits
- Gaming winnings
- Rewards
- Account approval
- Successful downloads
- Improved gameplay
- Specific performance results
Results can vary depending on many factors, including the third-party service, user circumstances, device, location, and applicable rules.
9. Third-Party Products and Services
Affiliate links may lead to websites or services that are operated independently from TopGame.Com.Pk.
We do not control third-party businesses and are not responsible for their:
- Products
- Services
- Prices
- Policies
- Privacy practices
- Security
- Availability
- Customer support
- Terms and conditions
Before using a third-party service, you should review its own terms, privacy policy, pricing, and other relevant information.
10. Games and Gaming Applications
TopGame.Com.Pk may use affiliate links in articles discussing games, applications, gaming services, or related products.
The presence of an affiliate link does not mean that we own, operate, develop, or officially represent the related game or application.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, TopGame.Com.Pk is not officially affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by third-party game developers, publishers, brands, or gaming platforms.
All third-party names, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Advertising and Affiliate Links
TopGame.Com.Pk may also display advertisements separately from affiliate links.
Advertising and affiliate relationships are commercial activities that may help support the operation and maintenance of our website.
An advertisement or affiliate relationship should not automatically be interpreted as an endorsement or guarantee of the advertised product or service.
12. Changes to Affiliate Relationships
Affiliate programs and commercial relationships may change over time.
We may:
- Join new affiliate programs.
- Stop participating in existing programs.
- Replace affiliate partners.
- Add or remove affiliate links.
- Change the location of affiliate links.
- Update articles containing affiliate links.
This Affiliate Disclosure may be updated when our commercial practices change.
13. Your Choice
You are never required to use an affiliate link.
If you prefer not to use an affiliate link, you may search for the relevant product, service, game, or website independently.
Choosing not to use an affiliate link does not prevent you from accessing our informational content.
14. Transparency and Honest Information
We aim to be transparent about commercial relationships.
Affiliate compensation does not give us a reason to knowingly publish false information.
We also aim to avoid presenting an affiliate relationship as an official partnership when no such partnership exists.
Where a financial or other material relationship could affect how a recommendation is understood, we aim to disclose that relationship clearly. This approach is consistent with general consumer-protection guidance that material connections should be disclosed clearly and conspicuously.
15. No Professional Advice
Information published on TopGame.Com.Pk is provided for general informational purposes.
Affiliate content should not be considered professional legal, financial, technical, or other specialized advice.
You are responsible for researching and evaluating any third-party product, service, application, or website before using it.
16. Responsible Gaming
Some gaming-related content may involve services that include paid participation, deposits, purchases, rewards, or other activities involving financial risk.
Affiliate links to such services do not constitute a guarantee of winnings, profits, or financial returns.
Users should understand the risks involved, follow applicable laws and age requirements, and use gaming services responsibly.
TopGame.Com.Pk does not encourage illegal activity, fraud, excessive spending, or irresponsible gaming.
17. Changes to This Disclosure
We may update this Affiliate Disclosure from time to time to reflect changes in our affiliate programs, advertising relationships, website content, or business practices.
When changes are made, we may update the Last Updated date at the top of this page.
We encourage visitors to review this page periodically.
